HOMAGE TO… HOLY QUEEN ISABEL
Holy Queen Isabel of Aragon, also known as Queen Isabel, was an emblematic figure in Portuguese history. Born in 1271, Isabel married King Dinis of Portugal and is remembered for her devotion to charity, peace and justice. Known for her many acts of kindness and miracles, Isabel dedicated her life to helping those most in need and promoting reconciliation. In honour of this saint and queen, I decided to name my wallet ‘Isabel’, symbolising the compassion, generosity and peace that Queen Isabel brought to her kingdom and her people.
