EXPEDITION

MAAL sends the ordered product (s) from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

The delivery time may vary according to the country of destination. The estimated delivery time in Europe varies between 10-15 working days. Rest of the world: 15-25 business days.

MAAL will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product (s) ordered, as well as proceed with the refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to info@maalbags.com informing us of what happened. After this deadline, MAAL will not be responsible for the loss of the order.

Delivery is considered to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your purchase or exchange as long as it has not been more than 14 days, after receiving it, provided that:

a) The product (s) have not been used;
b) The product (s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product (s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

The customer must request the return of the order via email info@maalbags.com indicating the item (s) he wants to return, as well as the order number, name and reason for the return or exchange. We will respond to your request within 48 hours and will send you the address to which you must address your return / exchange.

Due to the high quality of the materials used in MAAL products, the customer is responsible for return costs. Please note that, if your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, MAAL will not refund the shipping costs. Therefore, MAAL will not reimburse the expenses related to the shipping costs initially borne by the customer for the respective order.

Once the returned product is received, MAAL will analyse and confirm its state of conservation and, when applicable, will refund within 15 (fifteen) days the amount paid for the item (s) without any expenses for the user.

In case of exchanges, your refund can be made through a voucher for the value of the item or items returned. Please note, possible subsequent returns for items purchased with a voucher will always be made using a voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable.

If you want to return one or more items, you can request a refund for the same payment method.

If the returned items are damaged or showing signs of use, MAAL reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse to refund them.

For customers outside the European Union, refunds are made only on the order amount. The cost of postage is not refunded. For more information, please contact us at info@maalbags.com.
